Questions people actually ask

What counts as a seat?: An admin seat is whoever runs the office side: quotes, permits, invoices, the AI. A field seat is someone on site using the phone app. Starter includes one admin and two field workers, so a three-person crew is covered at $79.
What if I need one more person?: Any extra seat, admin or field, is $20 a month. You are never pushed up a whole tier to add one person.
Is there a free trial?: Not yet. Rather than a trial, the demo on the home page is the real thing: you can click through the app before you talk to anyone.
Can I cancel?: Yes, any time. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then.
Do you set it up for me?: For the first contractors, yes. We load your jobs, your permits and your contract templates with you, on a call, rather than handing over an empty app.
